Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction
Question: My husband has ED and I love him, but i have physical sexual needs as well - I dont want to cheat but we are only 38 and I hate to think me sexual desire will never be meet again?

Thanks for query and I understand your concern and love for your husband .The problem of Erectile Dysfunction he has is Secondary Erectile Dysfunction and every individual goes through this at some time in life.
I do agree that human needs sexual satisfaction to remain happy and healthy but one has to be very calm and composed to face this difficult situation .
I shall be happy to know whether you have done his color Doppler Ultrasound Scanning of penis to rule out any vasculogenic cause like arterial insufficiency or Venous leak as a cause of ED .
If drugs like Cialis or Vigra do not work .You can think following two remedies to get good hard erection
1) Intracavernosal Injection of Alprostadil or Trimix
2) Penile prosthesis implant ,
Both these methods are extremely helpful and those who use it have happy enjoyable sexual life .
However these methods have their own limitations and complications
Intracavernosal injections can not be taken more than thrice in a week moreover there is long standing risk of bleeding at the site of injection ,scarring and pain in penis on erection.
Penile Prosthesis Implant has to be placed by surgery. It has very gratifying results and resolves the problem for forever.
Discuss this with your husband and have a patience .Try to understand his feelings too.There is solution to all the problems .
Consult qualified Urologist to explore the possibility and efficacy of the suggestions I have made.
