Question: I am 30 years old and have been married for a year. I am unable to
satisfy my wife during sex . Sometimes I lose strength within 2-3 minutes ans sometimes it goes on and on but we both feel like it is not inside.Sometimes I ejaculate early sometimes I take time but dont know whether I ejaculate inside her or it is still outside.I do get erection but sometimes it is hard but sometimes it is not.
Is there any medicine or exercise which can increase my strength and improve my performance. We are planning to have baby

Brief Answer:
It is due to performance anxiety

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

From the available description it appears that you are very much worried about satisfying your wife which results into making erroneous conclusions. This is quite common in young men who have inadequate knowledge of sex and related domains.

I can see that your condition neither meets criteria for the erectile dysfunction nor premature ejaculation, the two most common sexual disorders in young men. Other than that occasional change in duration or not having erection is normal for anybody and there is no need to think that you are not capable.

I mean to say that if you are getting these problems occasionally, there is nothing to worry about it as it is normal.

Other than that to improve your stamina follow these things
1. Have faith in yourself- you are doing enough
2. Talk to your partner what she thinks and wants from relationship
3. Increase amount of minerals and vitamins in your diet- for this you can use multivitamins
4. Take at least three litres of water per day
5. Do regular exercise for your body
6. Do kegel exercise- google it and you know what it means and how to perform as it is not possible to describe here in details

I am sure that these simple but effective measures will give required rewards in your sex life.
Thanks and regards

Thanks a lot for replying and it somehow gives some relaxation. One more question to ask , although we tried to make intercourse several times but we both do not know whether we have done successfully or not . Please suggest how would we make sure about it and also since we are planning for family so also suggest how much deep penetration required for it? As per your reply , I am not advised to take any medicine.however I would like to have some feedback on this medicine: Confido .

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.

To know better positions it is advisable to read sexology books or watch some porn of the extent of X or XX level. No one can tell you that whether your position is correct or not unless otherwise he/she watches you during intercourse. In my view porn is most easily available for this purpose But I must warn you that XXX type of porn is not going to teach anything before you know about basic facts.
The ancient XXXXXXX boom Kamsutra is quite handy and teaches you all required things for proper sexual intercourse.

I do not think you need medications and have doubt about usefulness of Confido for you. Rather than confido you need confidence. It is possible that Confido can give you required confidence and in that way it may help you.

So to conclude have faith in yourself rather than medications.

Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for me, so that I get a good feedback.
