Question: i m a male 55 yr old.i m quite healthy.no problems like BP,Diebities,etc. I used to do sex almost every week after having approx 100 ml rum(alcohal). every thing was going fine and it was all satisfactory.But since last few months i m facing erection problem,if i take alcohal,otherwise it ejaculates very fast ,most times before entering vagina.
can i take duralast 30 with tadalafil 10 to overcome the problem.if yes please tell the doses and frequency.for how long i will have to take same. usually i dont take any aleopath medicine. i m rarely on medicines, if so ,only homeopath or ayurved.pl suggest

let me clarify that i m not a regular drinker.i used to take liquor only at time of sex.also since many months i m not taking liquor.
i will certainlly go with your advice in a day or two,but before that pl insure me if this treatment will lead any side effects like stomach disorders,heamorrohoids,or any else.
it would not be out of context to tell u more about my lifestyle.
i get up at 5.30 daily.take approx 1.5 ltr water in then go to clear my stomach .then go on brisk walk.4.5 km covered in 45 minutes. soon after walk i do many stretching exercises,yoga for 30 minutes.then rest paper reading for 45 minutes.thereafter swimming for 15 minutes continuously.(in house pool )during this i again tale 1 ltr water.no tea or anything in morning till 9 am.this practice is happening since last 10 years.i m a rich person . no worries.very high lifestyle.all tests of lever,kidney etc are fantastic.my doctor comments my reports as it of a teenager report.

i take rich veg main meal at 9 am.includes curd, pulses, green veg.i have cow at home.most veg are grown in house. a large cup of milk with kaju/badam/chuwara etc at 11am. i take light food afternoon at 3 pm. then again light food at 8 pm. a glass of milk at 9.30 pm i go to bed at 10pm. peaceful cool life free of all tensions.
immportant note-i tied deshi pan(green leaf) with warm mustered oil on penis for 20 days which gave 30-40% benifit in penis erection.should i continue this or not.

With due regards I m submitting as under with a request not to take it as an annoying factor to your professional exeperience.

Since I m over cautious for my health and don't start many medicines at a time unless I try them in a sequence so that the individual medicine responsible for any side effect can be easily identified.
So in this order I have immediately started jatifaladi Vati .First I took total two tabs one by one at a gap of three hours.one at 12noon .2nd at 3pm. on 12th step.Surprisingly I found my penis extra ordinarily erected with a high thirst for sex on 13th(today) morning at 4am.I did good sex but it ejaculated in approx 90 seconds. I feel this is the combined effect of-80% jatafaladi and 20% my process of pan (green leaf) tieing with warm mustered oil.which is increasing blood flow in my penis .Since it was a good exeperience I reduced the dose of jatifaladi to one tab from today.I shall now watch for 5-6days .if this works well I will continue otherwise increase dose to two.
Kauch seed powder and suarna makaradhwaj bati I may start later on.
