Brief Answer:
Need to investigate to find out cause of ED

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for query .Based on your statement you are facing problem of ED with reduced libido .

The cause of your ED is primarily due to
1) Hypertension
2) Stress factor that you are facing in your life
3) Atherosclerotic changes in penile artery which is part of generalized process of atherosclerosis that occurs after the age of 60 years .

Penile artery is the main artery that supplies arterial blood to erectile tissue in penis to achieve erection .As the age advances there is generalized atherosclerosis of arteries which also involves Penile artery .This narrowed artery causes diminished blood flow to erectile tissue leading to Erectile Dysfunction .

However this has to be confirmed by a test called Color Doppler Ultrasound Scanning of penis .If above tests reveals your ED to be vasculogenic there is hardly anything that can be done to resolve the issue of ED.

In such situation you will need to consult qualified Urologist to explore feasibility of putting penile implant (Prosthesis)

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
