Question: I am 61 and have been treated for prostate cancer using radiation therapy. In the last few months I have not been able to maintain a hard erection. It has been a year and a half since treatment and I am looking for a natural way to enhance my sexual performance.

Brief Answer:
Penile pump

Detailed Answer:
Thanks your for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You are concerned about having erectile dysfunction after prostate cancer. This is a very common problem. You would like suggestions on treating ED with natural means. The most natural way to help ED is to use a penile pump. This is a vacuum pump that has a rubber band at the base. You put the penis in the pump and pull air out of the tube, this sucks blood into the penis. Then when the penis is erect you slip the rubber band over the base of the penis to prevent the blood from leaving the penis. Thus causing an erection. Once you have reached orgasm you slip the rubber band off and the penis reverts to normal. This is the most natural way to treat ED.

The other options are to use Viagra or Cialis but those require prescriptions. The male enhancement "natural" are similar products to Viagra and Cialis that are precursors to Viagra but may not be helpful.

In summary
1. Penile pump
2. Viagra
3. Precursor natural male enhancement
