Brief Answer:
Hypopituitarism should be suspected

Detailed Answer:
Good morning Doctor.
Welcome to Health Care Magic.

Noted your concern. A variety of neurological symptoms and signs are described in hypothyroidism. Since you have multiple hormone deficiencies, ie, hypothyroidism, hypocortisolism and hypogonadism, we have to evaluate your pituitary for hypopituitarism.

The other possibility is auto immune polyglandular endocrine disease. Many auto immune disorders are associated with this including pernicious anemia. Even a low B12 level associated with pernicious anemia can cause the neurological symptoms which you described.

Do you have any actual blood values which you can attach to this question? I am keen to know your LH,FSH, Testosterone, prolactin, full Thyroid profile , cortisol etc. Based on this we can guide you further. Have you had an Anti TPO antibody done anytime?
Regards
Binu
