Brief Answer:
radiation therapy side effect.

Detailed Answer:
I have seen your image.
these are side effect of radiation therapy. This is natural consequence of radiotherapy. you can take tab levocetrizine 5mg daily and apply caladryl lotion over skin. I suggest you take multivitamin tablet and antioxidant. for eye only refresh tear eye drop is to be applied. no need of chloromycitin eye drop.

Brief Answer:
Side effect of radiation.

Detailed Answer:
There is no drop available which will improve your vision. an eye doctor have to check your eyes completely. specially refraction and fundus examination to exclude glaucoma. If real reason is diagnosed then some advise can be given.
I suggest you visit an ophthalmologist for fundus examination before you join.
