Brief Answer:
ERCP, MRCP/CT scan of the abdomen.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history of raised LFT and gallstones.
The raised alkaline phosphatase and enzymes are indicating there is obstructive jaundice. This occurs due to obstruction to the flow of bile from liver to the duodenum, hence the necessity of the following investigations and treatment:
- ERCP: this is diagnostic as well as therapeutic, they remove the gallstones in the ducts if present, put a stent to facilitate the flow of bile which helps to reduce the LFTs.
- MRCP / CT scan of the abdomen to facilitate the diagnosis and plan for the further treatment as per the reports.

I hope this answer helps you.

Thanks Sir. This was suggested by my Surgeon but he gave me few medicines and he said that the flow of bile has been obstructed in the billiary duct. On eating those medicines I have been in lot of pain for last 4 days. I have a fever near 99.6.
Can you please see if these medicines are causing harm :

Tab Levoflox 500
Tab Udiliv 150
Tab UniEnzyme

Also, I have a broken spine in August but its been healed now : So i am taking calcium as
Tab Shelcal 500
Tab Pankreoflat ( for gas)

Can you please suggest a good surgeon in XXXXXXX area (Uttar Pradesh).

I am highly thankful for your time looking into this.

Brief Answer:
Needs Antibiotics and ERCP as soon as possible

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Medicines may not be causing harm.
It is the characteristic of the body that any body fluid when held in its place is easily infected. Hence in your case it may be infection in the bile duct causing the pain and fever as you have explained.

You may inquire in XXXXXXX XXXXXXX PGI of medical sciences and consult Gastroenterology Dept to get the best results.
