Suggest Treatment For Ectopic Heartbeats

Question: Im a 25 yr old male exercises 4 times a day does not consume alcohol no caffeine or drugs I started feeling palpitations a couple months ago went to hospital my ekg came abnormal was sent to see a cardiologist he did some test echo ekg stress treadmill they all came normal my holter monitor detected slow heart beats with long pauses he suggested to consult an electrophysiologist for a second opinion I did and he said that slow heart beats were normal on a person around my age an the symptoms I was having could be ectopic heartbeats but they were not dangerous and he said he didn't think other test weren't unnecessary and he send me home not convinced im still feeling my heart wierc especially when laying down after meals and I have noticed when I take deep breaths it happens to I 've d actually listen to my heartbeat rhythm and it does a slow motion heart beat and then it double skipps and starts beating back to normal and I can feel it on my chest every time it happens it really bothers me and freaks me out the only time ot dosent seem to happen is when exercising thats about the only time but when I get mad or get excited it happens im really scared of this feeling its been going on more 2 months I had it before it kinda went away for like a month and it came back
