Question: I am suffering with dyshidrotic eczema. Started from feet 4 weeks back. Now started in hand also. I used Candid total but not cured completely. Improvement seen in applied area but started affecting other areas. T bact ointment and syscan 150 are suggesteo by my friend but want to discuss with specialist. Please find attached the picture of left leg. I have same problem in right leg for 4 weeks. Now started in hand also. Black spots in the picture are separate issue ( I have from my childhood).

Till now you have used antifungal agents.
These are not going to help you.
The treatment of Dyshidrotic eczema is with strong topical steroid creams like clobetasol and oral anti histamines tablets.
