Suggest Treatment For Dull Chest Pain Along With Dizziness

Question: I have taken chest X-ray , blood work , 24hr holtermonitor , and stress test and all came back negative for heart problems or heart attack . Been diagonesed with gerd and anxiety . I have pain that shoots from right to left arm and dull chest pain . I can breath fine and no dizzyness . Can it still be heart attack

As long as your examinations especially stress test and holter monitoring were normal you have nothing to worry about a heart attack.

Based on your history your symptoms are suggestive for anxiety and acid reflux. My advice is to stay kalm and to treat acid reflux and anxiety with chamomile tea and antacids.

Is there any possible way it can be a clogged artery. I was reading online the best test is the XXXXXXX test . Because im staying calm but pain is dull in left arm witj tingling forearm . Just want to make sure im 100 percent

Hi back,

Yes it's true that the best test is angiography, but it has also the largest mortality rate among other test. This is why it's not recommended to do angiography (dye test) if other examinationsare normal.

You should start treating anxiety and acid reflux and to continue with follow up every 6 months. For the moment you don't need any other examinations.
