Brief Answer:
Sun burn will take about a month to resolve

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You are experiencing changes to the skin on your eyelids. These changes appear to have been brought about from sun burn. The sunburn skin especially in sensitive places like your eyelids will take several weeks to fully heal. Using topical oils and lotions will do nothing to speed healing. I recommend having patience and allow your body to heal naturally. You can help cover up the area with makeup but I would not use anything else for the moment.
