Detailed Answer:
Hi! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had been experiencing lately.

Based on the history you have shared, it seems as dry skin is a natural congenital trait for you but there can be other modifiable factors responsible for that for example certain vitamins and mineral help to keep skin healthy, moist and help ready development of superficial layers and sweat gland epithelium.

You may start by replacing vitamin E, C, Zinc, calcium and iron which can be replaced readily as these are water soluble and deficiencies occur quickly and also can be replaced safely, alongwith vitamin D3 and A with caution as these are fat soluble and in large quantity may cause side effects.

To keep the skin moist, emolients like 50 50 solution of liquid paraffin and vaseline or petroleum jelly can be used. Fish liver oil is also rich in vitamin E and citrus contain vitamin C so can be used.

Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
