Suggest Treatment For Dry Cough, Occasional Headaches And Difficulty In Breathing

Question: History of mostly dry cough, multiple neck lumps and swollen lumph nodes in armpit, groin, neck....itchiness started on head and starting to lose a bit of hair very slowly.....also feeling some swelling (but almost no pain) in front of behind both ears...burns randomly when I pee, and doesn't feel like I pee the full amount, also have low testosterone, some weird feeling in the chest area....occasional headaches and some difficulty breathing (Advair and puffer didn't help), A1c is 7.0, Glucose is 115, BP is generally 130/60....have an initial diagnoses of an acoustic neuroma and pilonidal cyst....but I don't feel that's causing all the other issues...

Your CT thorax and CT neck reports are not suggestive of any major lesion or lymphnode enlargement.
Why you're feel lumps into neck and armpit? Your CT does not show any lumps.
Please let me know
1. Have you ever undergone PFT (Pulmonary Function Test)?
2. Do you smoke?
3. Do you have allergies?

Hi, I have gone a pft and it was normal....I do not smoke and have no known allergies...

I am concerns about the report and the lumps...

I have gone through the CT and blood reports.
Your blood reports are normal.
You CT neck is not suggestive of any lumps or lymphnodes.
Your CT thorax is suggestive of static 5 mm nodule, which is insignificant.
So please let me know
1. Do you feel lumps?
2. Why CT is now showing any lumps?
