Brief Answer:
kindly upload images

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.
I have read your query.
I understand your concern.
Isotretinoin is a very good drug meant for treatment of acne. But as it destroys sebaceous glands as a part of its mechanism of action, so it leads to extreme dryness of skin of face and lips.
Hhsone contains steroid whichnon long term usage leads to various side effects like hyper or hypopigmented or erythematous skin.
In such scenario, I advice my patients to apply lots of moisturisers over the face multiple times a day.
Also antihistaminics are started like levocetrizine.
I would be able to help you better if you could attach the images of your face.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
stop topical steroids as soon as possible

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
I have seen the attached photographs also.
It seems that you have developed epidermal atrophy and hypopigmentation of the skin due to prolonged steroid use.
Stop using HHsone as soon as possible.
Put lots of moisturisers over the face containing vitamin E, aloe vera like venusia lotion from Dr Reddy's.
Take antihistaminics like levocetrizine for a week.
Avoid use of cosmetics on face.
Usually these changes are reversible and self limiting.
You may continue to use kojiglow for pigmentation.
I hope i am able to solve your query. I
Take care.
