Brief Answer:
Confirm that the dose is the right one;

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can understand your concern regarding to your husband's health.
If the synthroid dose is the right one, no signs or symptoms are expected.
To confirm it, he has to check the thyroid hormones (TSH, Ft4 and Ft3).
If they are within the normal ranges with the actual dose, another cause should be found.
Hope the information will help.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta

His synthesis level has been checked, as well as the epilepsy meds. They are in normal ranges. His blood pressure is also in a safe range. The dizziness is a 24/7 issue. Some days are worse than others. This also causes occasional vision problems, and he has had his eyes checked. He has memory / comprehension problems, almost like he had a stroke.

Brief Answer:
Neurological problems to be excluded;

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back!
If the thyroid hormones are within the normal levels, he should continue with the actual dose.
The problem seems to be neurological, a CT of the brain would give more information.
