Brief Answer:
Hi,

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
With your history it is very clear that she is not deficient in iron and she is not having any medical problem.
In most of the patient fatigue is the common symptom which remains throughout their pregnancy without any medical reasons.
So please do not worry!
Please suggest these few things to her, this may help her-
1) Eat healthy and high protein and carbohydrate diet on frequent interval.
2) Yoga and some exercise ( which are recommanded during pregnancy)
3) Take proper sleep.
4) Engaged herself
5) Keep check on her weight nor too high nor too low.
In my opinion her treating doctor already rule out diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorder in her case.
If everything is fine then please make her comfortable, sometimes hormonal changes may also cause this type of fatigue.
I think I have answered your query if you have further questions I will be happy to help you.
Good luck.
Regards
Dr. Richa
