pretty active own small business need to be there...thank you in advance
It's possibly vertigo. would heal after rest &specific medicines.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for the query under Healthcare msgic.
I have read your query &understand your concern.
You seem to have vertigo as basic problem...specially with the symptom of increased dizziness while turning to sides while lying in bed.
As you also give history of some intestinal pain with gases since few days along with nausea and head ache.. possibility of gastroenteritis stands.. but it usually accompanies frequent motions. But a large vomitus can cause weakness/ low blood pressure with dizziness ( again it does not have dizziness with change of position)
Possibility of high blood pressure needs to be excluded.
*In short you need a detailed health check up by a physician to confirm the cause.followed by specific treatment Or referal to ENTspecialist to evaluate your vertigo &start the specific treatment.
Home care consists of plenty of fluids . Bed rest and taking the medicines advised by your doctor.
I hope you find the answer informative &guiding . Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks.
I have a wrist bp monitor thank you
First & second readings on wrist monitor indicate blood pressure
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for the follow up query.
Wrist manometers are digital . The readings taken are liable to be changed according to body position. The apparatus needs to be at heart level during checking Any way it does help in checking change in blood pressure level before rushing to doctor.
In wrist manometer reading you see three readings in bold figures . Usually-
1st number indicates systolic blood pressure,
2nd number indicates the diastolic blood pressure &
3rd number indicates pulse rate at the time.
Out of these, 1st & 2nd number are are important for noting blood pressure because they indicate highest & lowest pressure with which heart pumps the blood.
120/80 is normal blood pressure reading. A reading of 140/90 mm or higher consistently for a number of weeks it's called high blood pressure.
You can use it to have some idea about blood pressure if used with the specifications in instructions.
I hope this answers your query. Any folow up question you have please feel free to ask.
Thank you.
