Brief Answer:
oral high dose vitamin b12 replacement

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

In previous years persons with low b12 were given shots to help raise the level but it has been found that using high doses of oral b12 can help to raise the levels.

Most multivitamin supplements have b12 but you can look for a high dose supplement with higher levels (approximately 1000), this may require a prescription from your doctor. These should be available at any pharmacy or health shop.

Foods with b12 are: eggs, milk, cheese, fish (sardines, trout, tuna, salmon, haddock) , shellfish, chicken, yogurt.

Fatty liver
Unfortunately there is no medication specifically for fatty liver but it has been found that ACTOS, a medication for diabetes, can be helpful.
STATINS that are used for high cholesterol , can also help

Fatty liver depends a lot on diet and activity level and weight loss, though might be difficult if thyroid hormone levels low, would really help. You can choose a diet program (low carb or low fat/low cal) that would work best for you.
It can go on to cause inflammation and damage to the liver if it is not corrected.

If you thyroid hormone levels are normal with hormone replacement, you can conceive. There are a number of complications that can occur in pregnancy if the hormone levels are too low.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

How abt nevrup er tablet for b12 and livrite for fatty liver

Answered by Dr. Michelle Gibson James (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
you can use these

Detailed Answer:
HI

You can use the er supplement for the low b12, if this is not available any supplement with b12 would help along with foods with b12.

Livrite is a supplement that is stated to help with fatty liver. It contains silymarin, alpha lipoic acid, selenium and N-acetylcysteine.
The silymarin is reported to protect the liver from damage in some persons, this has been shown in some but not all of the medical studies.
It may protect the liver from further damage but lifestyle changes are still the main focus in fatty liver disease.

It is formed due to lifestyle (diet, activity) and can be treated with lifestyle combined with other measures.
Weight loss can sometimes be difficult particularly if the thyroid is giving problems but it would be very helpful
