Brief Answer:
Give Racecadotril granules, Zinc supplement, ORS

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to the HCM

I understand your concerns but don't worry. The most likely reason for loose motions with no associated symptoms in this age is viral gastroenteritis. These episodes can be very well managed by the following measures:
- Oral rehydration therapy including ORS, Soups, buttermilk, lemonade etc to prevent dehydration.
- Racecadotril granules (30mg) thrice daily for 3-5 days. It will decrease water loss in poops.
- Zinc supplement such as Syp ZnD or Zinconia (5ml for 2 weeks) for early recovery and further immunity against similar episodes.
Avoid spicy and oily food.

Hopefully it will be of help.
Take care
