Brief Answer:
Gastroenteritis leading to disturbed microbiota most likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on this forum.
Have gone through your details and i appreciate your concerns.

You are having Gastroenteritis. It means inflammation of muicosal layer of intestines. This inflammation results in spasmodic pain while intestine contracts and relax(persitalsis). This can be caused either by virus,Bacteria or protozoa. Most of the time its viral and selflimiting in nature. However a stool test should be done to rule out bacterial or protozoal infection as in that case short term therapy with antibiotics would be given.Smell of ammonia in poop is suggestive of putrification(incomplete) of proteins due to indigestion. Our gut consists of trillions of communities of good bacteria's.These bacteria's in intestine acts on food and assist in proper digestion of food. However toxins released in gastroenteritis kills those good bacteria acusing aggrevation of symptoms of gastroenteritis and incomplete digestion of food.

Take Imodium 4 mg stat followed by 2mg twice daily(for loose motion).
Take electral(electrolyte solution one glass with every stool).
Probiotic like Econorm thrice daily(This will help to restore good bacterial flora in gut).As gut flora is restored the ammonia like smell would go away.
Take isaphghul husk 1tsf twice daily. This will help increasing bulk of stool and will help in forming stool with normal consistency.
Take a antispasmodic for few days like Drotaverine(In case pain starts)
Get a stool routine test done as in case there is a bacterial or protozoal infection therapy with Azithromycin and Tinidazole would be given.
Take easily digestible vegetarian food for few days.
Take lots of probiotic rich food like curd.
Eat a bowl of banana daily.
would be done.
It is usually self limiting and wil resolve in 3-5 days.
Keep yourself hydrated.
You should feel better in 4-5 days.

Kind regards.
