First you should get a urine pregnancy test to confirm that you are not pregnant. You can take progesterone tablet to get withdrawal bleeding. Medroxyprogesterone tablet twice daily for 5 days is given. You will get withdrawal bleeding in a week's time after stopping the pill.

If your periods are always irregular you need to get evaluated to know it's cause..
