Brief Answer:
You can try anti-spasmodics.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ms. XXXXXXX

Thanks for writing to us.

Your symptoms suggest dysmenorrhea. You can get relief by using a combination of mefenamic acid and dicyclomine hydrochloride. Based on the intensity of the pain you can take up to a maximum of three tablets per day at intervals of 6-8 hours. They have to be consumed after food, lest they cause gastritis.

You should also increase the intake of liquids and can try natural remedies. If the pain is unbearable or persistent, you should see a specialist in person for further management.

Hope your query has been answered. Please contact if you need any more information. I will be happy to help.

Brief Answer:
Can wait for a couple of days.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing back.

As of now, you do not need to induce a period as you are due just now. You can wait for a couple of days. If only you need an induction, progesterone should be used.

Hope your query has been clarified. Please contact for further information. I will be ready to help.
