Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is looking like pigmented purpuric dermatoses.
I need to ask you few questions:
Did you have any eczema or red rash prior to the appearance of pigmentation?
Are you having thyroid disorders, diabetes or liver disease?
Is this discolouration associated with itching, burning or any other symptoms?
What is the duration of the rash?
Are you having any other ailments or taking any other medicines?
Kindly revert with the answers.

Hi Asmeet

I am attaching blood report and Care Hospital report. I have no ailment, except triglyceride is high and hence taking Paradox Cardio supplement. This pigmentation happened to me a year back.

Brief Answer:
Looks like pigmented purpuric dermatosis

Detailed Answer:
I have gone through your reports.
You seem to be having pigmented purpuric dermatosis.
It is usually an asymptomatic pigmentary disorder of the skin associated with diabetes, obesity, thyroid disease, liver disease and mostly occurs without any cause.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply a topical steroid like fluticasone cream diluted in moisturising lotion in the ratio of 1:3 on the affected areas twice daily and take tablet calcium dobesilate 500 mg twice daily.
These are prescription drugs and should be taken under the prescription of the doctor.
