Suggest Treatment For Cyst On The Base Of Penis

default
Posted on Mon, 13 Jul 2015
Question: I have a cyst on the base of my penis, internally. I can feel it. It is like a like very tiny lump and I wonder if it is preventing erections because I have ED too. I am 47. I wonder if there is something I take for it to naturally go away such as apple cider vinegar, etc. My flow is excellent. I have got this tested several times. I have higher than normal blood sugar levels but not diabetic.

I am trying to avoid surgery if possible, so I am trying to find a natural solution. Is there any out there?

Brief Answer:
tiny cyst can't prevent erection.check blood HbA1C.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Pwbollert and welcome to HCM.
Your tiny cyst at base of penis,is external, not internal.By internal is meant, inside the urinary tube, which one can never feel externally. Also, such cysts cannot prevent an erection.Apple cider vinegar will not make your ?? cyst disappear. It would have been good to mention , who diagnosed a cyst, and why you got your flow tested several times. If blood sugar is higher than normal on several occassions, you're likely to be pre-diabetic.Confirm with your blood HbA1C level. If it's high, you need treatment for diabetes.Diabetes can contribute to your ED.A very tiny cyst can be left alone, if there are no symptoms. There's no medical treatment for a cyst to disappear.
Hope your doubts are cleared.

In follow up. It is me researching so many cases and hearing from many commentary from people with similar cases and personally feeling the areas. That is how I am identifying as a cyst. I have no other symptoms other than ED that I thought may be related in blood flow restrictions because another person was told that they might have tied a few knots on some of the veins by get this, fapping, too hard? that sounded to bizarre. Thanks for your time. I will focus on the ED and prioritize.

Brief Answer:
check HbA1C.Describe symptoms of ED, you have.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
A cyst over base of penis is unlikely.Exclude diabetes by doing a blood HbA1C, as diabetes is certainly contributory to ED.Now you must tell whether you are able to masturbate normally.whether you get early morning erections and sometimes notice night-time erections.Do you have difficulty get an erection or difficulty in sustaining an erection.
Hope you can clarify for expert opinion.

No erection and I have been doing Testosterone replacement therapy so that is in the normal range. Also, I have tried cellular regeneration too where they plasma cells out from somewhere else and then put the stem cells in the genital area. Did nothing. I forgot the name of the process. New process to treat ED. Apparently it creates more healthy capillaries to flow the better in the penis. No result. I have tried many different herbs like TongKat XXXXXXX L-Arginine, etc. Nothing has worked. I believe exercise might help and maybe a vacuum pump that was included from the men's clinic program with the testosterone. I am going to not redo the TRT after it is done in 6 months because I will step up on the exercise but overall I have not bothered asking the ED help as it all comes to same conclusion fixing the diabetes which I am but it will be all in the exercise. When I stepped up the exercise I did not have blood sugar issue but don't remember if this helped the ED as I did not have it when I was more active. So the solution may already be there. If not I will contact again. I think the cause is cellphone in pocket and I have discontinued doing to almost never

Brief Answer:
Avoid self-treatment.Cellphones don't cause ED.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
As you've rightly mentioned, get your blood HbA1C done.
You've already tried various treatments for erection.Cellphone in pocket has not proved to be a cause for ED yet.Hope the treatment has been done under medical supervision, as they all have side-effects and are not the standard treatments for ED.
After answering questions asked in previous reply, you can get back with report of blood sugar for expert opinion.
Get well soon.
