Brief Answer:
You have what is called as Chordee

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Chordee. This is a congenital defect in development of penis where there is disparity of elastic tissue on dorsal and ventral side of penis (Elastic tissue being more on dorsal side than on ventral side resulting in to curvature of penis downwards.)

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Was this defect noticed in early childhood or at the age of adolescence.?
2) Is it noticed only on erection or even when penis is in flaccid state.?
3) Have you attempted sexual intercourse with female partner ?
4) Do you have any difficulty in penetration of vagina during sexual intercourse?

The only treatment option is to correct the curvature by surgery .

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and further treatment

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

1) I think I noticed it more as an adolescent, but it's pretty much been like that since I can remember.

2) Also noticeable when flaccid, as attached (mostly flaccid in pic)

3) I have had anal sex with partners. They havent really complained.

My questions:
1-Can it get worse?
2-Given what you have seen is it about average or worse than average for people with my condition?
3-What is the recovery time for surgery? Is it best to have it sooner rather than later? What are risks?

Brief Answer:
It will nor worsen further.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for feedback.

Penile curvature is less than 15 degree .As you had anal sex without any problem I do not think you will have any problem in penetration of vagina during intra vaginal sex.Normally we advise surgery if the curvature is more than 30 degrees.

Recover after surgery takes 4 weeks for complete recovery. If at all you want to get surgery done it is high time to get it done now.Ideally it should have been done at the age of 2-4 years.

Thanks and Regards.

In general, how complicated is the surgery? Would I be able to work at my desk job as an engineer?

Also, how could the surgery affect me in the future? Could it render me more vulnerable to injury? Is there a lot of scarring? How often are there complications?

I tend to ejaculate somewhat early during intercourse, how could surgery affect that?

Also, I get erections very easily. Could that be a risk factor for recovery?

Could the surgery remder me more vulnerable to STI even after the 4 weeks?

Detailed Answer:
Hello Thanks for follow up .I would answer your queries point to point
1)Surgery is not complicated and you will be able to work as a engineer.
2)Surgery will not have any effect on your sexual potency in future.and it will not make you vulnerable to injury during sex.
3)There is no scarring at all and there are no major complications .
4)Premature ejaculation that you have is not going to become aggravated after surgery.
5)There is no risk involved even you get erection during period of recovery .Normally we prescribe medicines for 10 days so that one does not get erection during sleep.
6) There is no risk of acquiring STD due to this surgery per say .

Thanks and Regards.

Thanks for all the answers I appreciate it.

What is the name of the procedure? Also, how much length could I expect to lose? Could erections becomeess strong?

Is it local or full anaesthesia? Would I be able to go home right after? How many weeks before I could have sex

If you had the condition at my age would you get the procedure? Or if you had a son that had it would you recommend it??

Brief Answer:
Penis will get shortened by 2 cms .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.
The name of the procedure is release of Chordee. It will not affect your erection it will remain strong as usual.

Surgery is done under spinal anaesthesia You will need to stay in hospital for 3 days .and you will to avoid any sexual activities (Including masturbation)for 3 weeks .

Please do not put me or my relative in your position I have suggested the treatment as a patient and it does not differ from the treatment offered to my relatives..
Thanks and Regards.
