What Is The Treatment For Failed Spinal Surgery?

hi I had surgery on L5 L4 S1 and have been diagnosed with failed back spinal surgery.i can barely walk my posture is bent @ a 45 degree angle.I suffer from extreme spasitiy which is very painful.my pain consultant has requested a spinal block operation and said I would be in hospital for 3 weeks,can you explain the process and the recovery .thank you
