1. How many days per month does he cough or feel breathless?
2. How many nights per month does his sleep get disturbed due to above symptoms?

HI...By what you quote this looks like a multi triggered wheeze and if I were your kid's treating pediatrician I would like to prescribe -
1. Syrup Levolin 3.5ml thrice a day for 3 days.
2. Syrup Omnacortil 5ml twice a day for 3 days and stop.
3. Syrup Cetrizine 2.5ml once a day for 5 days
I would like to reassess the kid after this treatment and if still the kid is wheezing and feeling breathless I would nebulize him and then start on inhaled corticosteroids.
