Brief Answer:
Low levels of vitamin D

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for writing to us.
From the reports you have posted I find abnormality in two parameters - one is 25-hydroxy vit d or vit d3 which is less, this needs to be corrected by supplementation. The dosage should be decided by the doctor after thorough examination.
Secondly urine showing traces of occult blood, I would advice you get get a complete urine analysis including urine culture and ultrasound of abdomen to rule out dormant urinary tract infection.
Rest all the reports are within the normal range. If the vit d3 levels are corrected , his lethargy may be reduced, hope I have cleared your queries, thank you.

Brief Answer:
Allergic cold and cough/ seasonal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for follow up.

Replies to the queries in serial order are below.

1. Reason may be allergic - avoid dust, smoke, talcum powder, deodorants, scents, citrus fruits etc. Get a pediatrician to examine thoroughly to rule out asthma/allergic rhinitis/enlarged adenoids.

2. Growing kids require extra supplements of vit d 3 in their diet, Nutrition rich in vit d 3 are milk and milk products, egg and meat. Get him exposed to direct sunlight, the skin has property to produce vit d 3 naturally under natural sunlight. But since his levels are below average, he needs immediate supplementation, so please consult your doctor.

3. Eosinophils will be reduced if the allergic cold and cough are controlled by the medicines.

Hope I have cleared your query, follow up for further doubts.

Thank you.
