Suggest Treatment For Itching Sensation All Over The Hands Leading To Marks
Question: Hello doctor, i am feeling itchi on my hands and skin... i have got marks after itching on my hands... can you please help what to apply or do to stop it

I read carefully your question and reviewed your photo.
It seems like your skin is dry, hence that is why the itchiness.
Also, you have developed a skin dermatitis from the dryness.
What I would recommend is to avoid hot showers, drink plenty of fluids, apply moisturizing cream on the skin that is itchy.
If not completely helpful, you can use Hydrocortisone 1% cream only at the areas which are irritating, once-twice/day for XXXXXXX 15 days.
If your lesions are spread in your body and the itchiness are still there, you can also use Loratadine 10mg or Cetirizine 10mg, once/day to relieve the itchiness.
If worse or not better, I would recommend seeing a local doctor.
