Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

It seems that you might have hemorrhoids and a common cause is constipation.
The blood in your stool was probably caused from hemorrhoids.
The yellow stuff you see might be just normal stool or might be mucus present there.
You don't need to worry ,it doesn't seem of concern.

You should do some lifestyle modifications to avoid constipation .
-You should eat healthy foods with lot of vegetables and fruits.
-Eat a diet rich in fibers
-If you have chronic constipation you can try fibers supplementation like Psyllium
-Drink a lot of fluids
-Exercise regularly

If you don't have persistent constipation, pain , presence of blood in stool, mucus in stool etc, you have nothing to worry about.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you need further help.

Kind regards,
Dr.Rovena Murati

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,

Yes,it is possible to see stool on rectum. If there was a lesion there like cancer or other, you would have persistent symptoms including pain, bleeding, secretions etc.

Since you say that this doesn't happen always ,it might be just stool present in rectum.

A physical examination would exlude definitely any problem.
If you have persistent symptoms of constipation ,diarrhea, mucus and pus in stool, blood in stool, pain you should consult a physician for examination.
Right now you don't need to worry.

Kind regards,
Dr.Rovena

Brief Answer:
diet and lifestyle changes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,

I apologize for the delay in answering your query.

Constipation can be related to your lifestyle and diet.
You should do some diet changes. You should eat a well balanced diet with foods high in fibers.
Consumption of a variety of fruits, vegetables, legumes, and whole grain cereals is necessary to achieve a desirable level of fiber intake.
You should consume at least 2 to 3 servings of whole grains each day as part of total grain and cereal intake, 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily and legumes at least once or twice a week.
It is very important to drink plenty of water when you add fibers in your diet.So you should drink 2-3 liters a day.

-Exercising is very important to prevent constipation. You should exercise regularly, walk every day at least 45 min .

If these measures don't help with constipation ,you can try a bulk forming laxative like Psyllium.

Hope this helps.
Take care,

Dr.Rovena
