Brief Answer:
You can use Euphrasia eye drops.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Conjunctivitis is usually self limiting. Mostly these are viral infections and antibiotics is not required. If redness is increasing and puss formation on sides is present then antibiotic drops are prescribed.
You can use Euphrasia which is a homeopathic otc eye drops. You can get this in usual pharmacy or in homeopathic pharmacy.
You can do gentle wash your eyes with cotton dipped in cold water. If itching is more then anti histamines like cetrizine ( zyrtec ) can be taken once daily at night time.
In case of symptoms like blurring or vision or increase in pain, consult an ophthalmologist.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
