Brief Answer:
Suspecting lower respiratory tract infection, start antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hi Ms. XXXXXX,

Welcome to health care magic.

The symptoms mentioned in your query suggest lower respiratory tract infection as you have cough with expectoration.

Chest congestion and difficulty in breathing suggest bronchitis.

I suggest you get in touch with a GP nearby you and get a prescription for appropriate antibiotics for 7 days.

Please continue Mucinex syrup for 5 more days.

If breathing difficulty persists you may have to take a bronchodilator along with the antibiotics.

Avoid cold foods and keep yourself warm.

Complete the course of antibiotics and you will feel better in a week.

I hope I have cleared your doubts.

Thanks.
