Brief Answer:
Decreased immunity /repeated exposure to cold

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Can understand your concerns.

Since, child has two episodes of cold and cough which required nebulisation, it suggests that child might have childhood asthma or repeated exposure to cold or decreased immunity.

Child usually throws the blanket at night and this often leads to cold and cough.

Make the child wear socks, cover with blanket at night, wear warm clothes at night so that even if he throws the blanket, cold will not occur. Avoid cold water, cold drink, ice-cream.

An X ray chest should be done to look for residual infection.

Give a multivitamin syrup like syrup bevon for 2 month to increase immunity.

I hope this will help you.
Wishing your child good health.
Take care.
