Brief Answer:
Visit a physician now.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.

You have asked what would be the symptoms of blood clots in legs.
Technically the blood clots would be better known as venous thrombosis.
The symptoms for this would be:
1. Swelling in legs.
2. Leg pain or tenderness.
3. Raised temperature of leg (i.e. it would be warm to touch)
4. Change in colour to red/blue of skin over legs.

You have also mentioned that your heart hurts very often.
In your case the possibilities for this could be:
a. Adderall withdrawal causing palpitations.
b. A heart disease on its own.
c. If there is actually a venous thrombosis, then this could affect heart in form of chest pain and rapid heart beat.

You have pain in big toe. This may be due to nerve compression. You can visit a physiotherapist for the management of this pain. You can take analgesics like aspirin or ibuprofen under your physician's supervision.

Kindly visit your physician for further management and you can discuss on these lines.
Hope this helps you.
Further queries are welcome.
Thanks.
