Brief Answer:
Kindly upload photos & tests reports

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and based on what you are describing, it seems to be IBD with extra intestinal affection.

However, I need to have a look at :
- the photos of skin problems you are having
- the results of tests you did

HIV is excluded as possible cause as the test you did resulted negative.

Looking forward to have the requested data in.

Well yes it did but if I'm in the advanced stages possible Aids already would the HIV test be right? I don't have the result on hand but it was a Hiv test for 1 and 2 on the lab paper I took to the lab corp.
Also did rapid test at clinic was also negative.

Are you there

Brief Answer:
Fungal infection of the skin (nose area)....

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Thank you for providing the picture and more details. I have gone through the picture and the red rounded mark on your nose is suggestive for fungal infection of the skin.

I advise to run examination of skin scrapping under microscopy with 10 % KOH to determine fungal infection.

Suggested treatment include:
- wash with warm water and soap
- rinse well with warm water
- dry well with soft tissue
- apply anti-fungal cream (terbinafin or clotrimazole) locally for at least 2 weeks.

No sign for HIV, especially when tests are negative for HIV.

Wish fast recovery!
