Question: Occassional chronic diarreaha linked to fatty foods. When it happens very bad cramps and feels like more needed but nothing there. High fiber not so good either.
Also very mild center back pain when standing. But not always. Occassional pain on right side linked more to when eating but mild. .
Used to have indigestion problems but by avoiding alcohol, tomatoes, fatty foods, is gone for over a month.
What is doing this?
Also extremely stressful person. Been through a rough year.
Blood tests and ultra sound normal except the doctor said I had a fatty liver. He compared to one I had 6 years ago and said was the same. But he said that was from obesity and drinking. I am 6'3" 290 lbs.

Brief Answer:
More Of IBS

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for writing in

Your symptoms point to more of irritable bowel syndrome

The symptoms aggravate with stress

I would suggest you take a good probiotic twice a day for a minimum of three weeks

Attempt yoga or meditation

Manage your stress levels and obesity

A stool culture may help in ruling out any super added infection which can be managed according to the culture report

Hope this helps
