Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Vomiting In Child
Question: My son XXXXis 7.10 yrs old .he threwup on saturday night 3 times n sunday morning once.....thereafter he has had only water...nariyal paani....orange juice...variyali khadi sakhar water.....has had temp. Upto 100 or 101....not more.....his legs were paininf yesterday....righr now he is complaining of chess pain....wht do i do XXXX

Till then for fever syrup paracetamol and cold sponging and for vomiting syrup form containing domeperidone , oral rehydrating solution should be given . maintenance of water content is utmost important.
