Question: Doctor i have 2 bumps on my penis would lime to know what do they look like.Can you let me know what they look like

Genital warts can be treated with either topical podophyllin application or topical imiquimod application or can be vaporised with a CO2 Laser under local anesthesia.
However I request you to upload more clear images so that I am sure about my diagnosis. Also let me know how long since you have them?

To me this actually looks like genital herpes rather than warts. I can see a fluid filled vesicle and I can also see an erosion/ sore on glans away from the tip of penis.

I was tested for genital herpes negative what else could it be?And no pain or Iching

How long back were you tested for genital herpes? Have you had sexual contacts after getting tested?
When was your last sexual contact? Do you a single sexual partner or have had multiple sexual partners?

Got tested in July with my Reg doctor and got tested in August with my urologist every std negative and only one single partner had them for about a month now but the look different and no itching dermatologist said they are nothing he looked at them with a light I just don't like how it looks and need a second opinion.

I suggest you to retest for Herpes (ELISA for type 1 & type 2 Hsv, IgG and IgM).
To me it looks like herpes.

There is no way it can be something else I think 2 tests and an examination from another dermatologist plus I have no Symptoms burning itching or pain when have sex or urinating.
