Brief Answer:
Avoid any friction rub in the area.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
You have a blood blister on your labia. in case the blister bursts it will cause bleeding. You need to take adequate precautions to avoid any friction rub in the area. Wear loose fitting cotton undergarments. Some congestion in the labia is a common finding during pregnancy due to decreased venous drainage. This can cause an increase in bleeding.
You can apply a local antiseptic cream like neosporin H on the area for healing.

What is meant by decreased venous drainage? How long it is going to take the blood blister to heal? The gel that i am applying now contain 24ppm patented silver solution, Tea and Carbomer.

Brief Answer:
Details below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Decreased venous drainage means a decrease in flow of venous blood from the labia due to compression of veins by the uterus. This can cause local swelling and congestion.
The blood blister may take 2-3 weeks to heal completely.
You can apply silver gel that you are using. It will help in healing.
Hope my answer is helpful.
