Suggest Treatment For Bronchitis Along With Atrial Fibrillation

Question: i have bronchitis at this time and ongoing afib. I took Phenergan with codeine. what other med can I take to help me sleep since it is 4am and i was up very early to take a nebulizer treatment because i could not stop coughing. I have Xanax, ambien, attarax, Tylenol extra strength available to me. i breathe xopenex and pulmicort in a nebulizer, and this makes it very hard for me to sleep. i did have one Xanax today, and i am allowed three; in hindsite i wish i had taken one at supper and around midnight. my doctor's office will be open at 8:30 am this morning, usless the predicted snow storm is very bad. i will take a Xanax if i don't hear from you shortly; i am sure that will be ok. i take diltiazem for the afib.

You can take ambien (Zolpidem) 10 mg mg for sleep onset.If not able to sleep in half an hour, then you can take Xanax 0.5 mg. Its always good to make sure your primary doctor knows what you are taking so they can keep track. These are prescription medications after all.
