Question: Iam suffering from pnemonia since childhood i always have breathlesness ,but never had cough ,i feel sometimes pain when i feel brethlesness , it is seasonal sometimes it is worse and sometimes light ,recently i have PFT test and ECO ,ECO was normal but PFT was not normal Istarted taking motu L as prescribed by doctor now iam feeling ok but not fully cured should i continue taking this medicine ,also taken inhaled budetrolmedicine but no effect ,iam 30 years old my name is XXxx

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of asthma or bronchitis is more.
Along with the drugs you are taking, you should also take oral bronchodilator like acebrophyllin.
This will give you more symptomatic relief.
Also enroll in pulmonary rehabilitation center where chest physiotherapy abdomen deep breathing exercises are done.
