Brief Answer:
Probably auto-immune hepatitis!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms that you have reported. I have reviewed this information fully and it is suggestive of a possible liver disease. Given the positive ANA test which is a marker of auto-immune disease, this is probably auto-immune hepatitis.

I am happy you have been referred probably to a gastroeneterologist/hepatologist. He will follow up with full examinations to clearly map out this condition and treat fully. There are medications to address this disease condition and as soon as it is confirmed, a plan with steroids/immuno-suppressants would be considered for you.

I hope this gives you an idea of what the possible problem is. More investigations would confirm and manage it fully. Please, let me know what the specialists come up with after investigations.
