Brief Answer:
The results do not seem suspicious for PNH

Detailed Answer:
Hi I did review your concern sir.
I also had a look of your reports and your previously asked questions.
Your urine report indicates moderate amount of blood and RBCs in light microscopy.
This means that Your urine has hematuria. It can be due to conditions affecting urethra, bladder, kidney or rarely idiopathic.
In PNH which means paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria, we find hemoglobin in urine from lysed rbc in plasma. hematuria is very rarely seen in PNH and only when it starts affecting kidneys. So PNH would be low on my differential diagnosis.

I would recommend tests for isolated hematuria that includes CT urography, cystoscopy and if needed renal biopsy.

I would assure you not to be stressed and get worried and be positive.

I hope this helps sir.
Please dont be stressed. Let me know if you have any more questions or concerns and I will try my best to help you.
Wish you all the best.
Sincerely,
Dr Parth Desai.
