Brief Answer:
get it removed asap

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

Best to get your Implanon removed.

The action of Implanon is it affects ovulation, so even if on calendar you should be ovulating it may not be actually happening due to the Implanon.

Some amount of residual hormone persist in the Implanon so do not keep it. It may be the reason for the bloody discharge as well.

Also you need to get an internal examination by a Gynaecologist to see if you have any concerns over the cervix (neck of the womb), like cervicitis or infection, which can cause bleeding in mid cycle.

But most likely its due to Implanon.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
