Brief Answer:
do you hav significant bleeding per rectum?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
if you have already met a gastroenterologist ,endoscopy is normal and now you are complaining of blood in stools .
I am interested to know whether blood is only when you constipate or its regular.
IS it associated with pain abdomen or weight loss
Just let me know so that I can help you better
thank you

Brief Answer:
Better get a colonoscopy and few blood tests like CBC ESR CRP

Detailed Answer:
You are having pain abdomen or bloating and loose stools intermittently ,it might be an irritable bowel syndrome but blood in stools is unlikely ,so we need to rule out is there any hemorrhoids if so, you need to avoid spicy and junk food.
Start eating high fibre food.
avoid straining during defecation.
Take syp duphalac 15 ml in the night daily.
And its better get an colonoscopy to rule out the cause for bleeding per rectum, for further management
.
thank you
