What Does Frequent Urination With No Pain Or Discharge Indicate?

Question: I have been urinating more, and feeling the need to urinate. When I go, I actually have to go. Im not convinced its an STI because there is no pain, and no discharge. The tip of my penis is sensitive, but not itchy or anything else.

1) Did you have unprotected sex with unknown woman or Oral sex very recently?

Get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime along with urinary antiseptic like
Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water to keep urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

No unprotected sex; oral sex 5 days ago, but very very briefly. The need to urinate has subsided. Stomach bloating this evening, but nothing else new. Thank you.
