Question: Hello, I was recently using a penis hydro pump in the shower with warm water. After using it for over 10 minutes I released the pressure and then massaged my penis with mineral oil in continuous warm water then noticed a large blister on the shaft of my penis close to the head. What can I do to treat it?

Hi,

I have reviewed the attached images. This is linked to the frictional forces during this experience. What needs to be done is to cleanse only with an antiseptic. Tylenol would help with the pain. Avoid picking repeatedly on this. Also, dress lightly and avoid that it gets so hot, humid and air tight when you dress. In the meantime, also avoid further sexual intercourse until full healing.
