Suggest Treatment For Blisters In Mouth

Question: Hello sir ,
Since couple of weeks , i have blisters in my mouth (including my tongue) and have been taking
vitamins regularly since then however the quantum of burning sensation does not decrease kindly guide .
i have been taking B-complex with B-12 tablets and lots of fluids .

There could be number of causes for blisters in mouth like stress, smoking, vitamin deficiency, drug reaction, food allergy etc. You need a through clinical examination and evaluation for the same.
I recommend the following.
1) Maintain good oral and dental hygiene.
2) Avoid spicy food.
3) Avoid smoking. If you don't have this habit, kindly ignore this suggestion.
4) Chlorhexidine gluconate mouth wash twice a day for 2 weeks.
5) Corticosteroid based gels: Antiinflammatory activity helps in relieving symptoms and promote healing.
6) Multivitamin supplements.
You will be fine.
