Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
I would like to know have you consulted any doctor. Is balanitis and blisters are examined by the doctor.
I would not advise you to take any medication without consulting, as they have their own side effects.
If possible kindly upload the pictures of the balanitis and the blisters, it will help in assessing your situation better.

Since when you are facing premature ejaculation problem?

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry, pictures are fine

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
Thanks for providing the information and the pictures.
I was not able to appreciate balanitis in the pictures, nor I was able see any abnormality in that. I saw the scabs that you have mentioned that appears to be healed and looks like folliculitis. No further treatment is presently required for this.

Regarding premature ejaculation. In a survey, 75% of men reported having premature ejaculation at some point of time or another. There are many causes of it, common ones include stress, performance anxiety and depression.
It usually resolves on its own, but measure that will be helpful, I'll mention here. Talk to your partner openly about any apprehensions if you have. Conversation with partner during sex also delay ejaculation. Condoms with desensitizing creams like those marketed as long last, extra time ones. Distracting yourself when you feel you are about to ejaculate. Masturbation prior to prevent premature ejaculation can also be tried.

Start stop method, Squeeze technique these are the other option, you can search internet for details of rhis.
Hope this helps.
Take care.

As said earlier, I am not able to appreciate any changes in the pictures, so I would not suggest you to apply any ointment. I do not think you need any painkiller at present.
